The Cursive Couture Launch Celebration and Fashion Show

The brand has officially launched and it's safe to say that the show was a success. It took me quite a few days to feel that way. I'm such a perfectionist and a fashion show is like the kryptonite for such a person. It's one of the only things that you work so hard to put together and invest so much in, but you never get to see. When you can only hear the shows (and not even all of it) it's easy to pick out all of the little mistakes. And anyone who has ever been behind the scenes of a show knows how much of a madhouse it can be. Since the show, many people have told me that it was great, and I'm finally starting to believe them.

One thing I can definitely say I was pleased with from start to finish was the group of amazing women that I worked with who made the show what it was. The models were AMAZING and the hosts of the show, American Idol finalist Lil Rounds and stylist Teon Hollowell were absolutely phenomenal. I can't say enough about them. Also, Ms. Tammy Coleman allowed me to showcase her beautiful accessories from her shop Tiara's Place on the models.
